Dear Neighbors,
I have been honored to serve as the Alderman of Aurora's 4th Ward, which has been an eye-opening experience regarding the many diverse aspects of our city government. Being in business for over 20 years, I have learned the value of hard work and respect for other people's money. As taxpayers here in Aurora, we want our city leaders to respect our hard work and money we entrust with them.
We want a city government that is focused on our core needs, values and quality of life. We want safe neighborhoods, excellent schools and smart development. We want our neighborhood streets, sewers and sidewalks functional wherever we live in this city. We want a government that is responsive and open to the residents of Aurora, not just certain developers or campaign contributors.
Therefore, as a father, businessman, Alderman and taxpayer here in Aurora, I ask you for the opportunity to represent you as your Mayor. I promise to continue to demand excellence from our officials, staff and contractors. With your support and help, we will focus on the core business of this city and build strong, safe neighborhoods, developing a positive and respectful relationship between the community and police.
We will build strong partnerships with our school districts and address how to improve education for all of our children. We will rebuild our neighborhood streets with a long-term plan to avoid falling behind. We will redevelop our downtown with a comprehensive strategy that is responsible, but not an additional burden to taxpayers. We will focus on our priorities, improve Aurora and get things done.
Let's work together to make Aurora a better place to live for our families and our children's future!
Thank you for your support,
